“Time to Celebrate” is a pop-up parade and skit performed with 30 participants dressed in beautifully designed costumes dancing to the rhythm of Caribbean persuasions. There will be two 45-minute performances each evening–each performance will open with a poem of reflection and end with a celebration of LIFE, all happening at DTE’s Beacon Park.
