{The Amazing!} House of Fog: il Cinema Nebbioso

10. {The Amazing!} House of Fog: il Cinema Nebbioso

LOCATION:  The Detroit Institute of Arts  “Electric  Park” at Woodward and Kirby

D MET, the award-winning architectural practice located in Midtown Detroit, returns to DLECTRICITY™. Their ambitious design {The Amazing!} House of Fog: il Cinema Nebbioso is a mysterious, fog-filled fun-house, and an attraction for DLECTRICITY 2017’s children’s zone entitled “Electric Park,” presented by The Kresge Foundation. Inspired by the simple attractions found at urban amusement parks popular at the dawn of the electric age, {The Amazing!} House of Fog invites children, and kids-at-heart, to “step-right-up” and float through a dream-scape from a simpler time (or simpler age) when motion pictures and even the novelty of electric light were things of wonder.
